The Crying Man

O life..you dealt me dark cards A great sadness, a king of teardrop bards Don't you see that I can cry Please don't ask, you know why Abandoned on this deck of wanton misfits Standing high on desolation's highest cliff If I cried out loud could you hear the pain Teardrops of blood fall down on hearts of rain Hark tis me the king of tears Standing by in sadness is the knight of fear I cry.... I met my soul on a lonely road to hell I played the strings of a broken wedding bell I stand in a ring of teardrops screaming like a damaged bird I am fragile , my bones may break for I am delicate on a word The city streets are a mass with people, yet here to I am alone Drumming fingers, wait impatiently, someone call me on the phone O ache of ages caress me in exquisite pure agony Let the teardrops gather and cleanse sad memory For I the King of Tears call NoOne lives in my castle ..I am alone..huge vacant hall Why does happiness taunt me with its fleeting glances And smiles seduce me with their many lost romances I watch the funny faces laugh and scoff the image me They all ask 'How are you?' kindly smiling ..shit let me be The happiness freaks now go to the ball of fake enjoy Shadows dance around the room, so ridged, so coy O now I have to withstand the crap of them I rather sleep forever on the Isle of REM For I am the King of Tears So cry your eyes out and become real.. You and your friends held me back so many years Antipodi
